a full editing, authoring, CD / DVD duplication and replication
service down to the finished product sold in the high street.
We now have products we have created, being sold worldwide
and our prices are very very competitive.Duplication and replication
are different processes and used for different quantities.
Usually for 500 or less CD / DVD duplication is used and for
500 or more CD / DVD replication is used.
CD
/ DVD Replication allows reproduction of high volumes of CDs
/ DVDs from a CD / DVD master. CD and DVD replication is used
where the volume of discs exceeds 500 units. CD / DVD replication
setup costs include the manufacturing of a glass master from
which the discs will be produced, this is why it is not a
viable option for shorter runs of less than 500 CDs or DVDs.

The
process of CD / DVD duplication uses recorders to "burn"
data onto a pre-produced CD or DVD. These discs are CDRs or
DVDRs (CD or DVD recordable). CDRs and DVDRs are quite simply
blank discs and your data, is duplicated using a CD duplicator
or DVD duplicator.
